Dang it's been a while...

Our bad... Things have been crazy. We'll try to be better. Anyway, here's some news:

Starting with the good: We have a cool private event coming up; hopefully the first of many. It's called the Sunday Supper Series. It's a family style Southern meal presented by Chef Mussa of the famous Addison's on the Go. Think, soul food, cold beer (or wine), and great company. Bread and pie provided by The Hoppy Homestead. AND the entire event has the stamp of approval from The Honorable Naples Noms. Seats are limited but you can expect an unforgettable experience. Now the not so good: Maine Beer Company has decided to take a (possibly permanent) pause on Florida distribution. That unfortunately means that our beloved "Lunch" will no longer be available. Trust us, we begged, we pleaded, we threatened (silently), but nothing worked. They have gotten so good at what they do that the demand has far surpassed their supply. We love this for them, but we will miss them dearly.

But more good news: Our manager / in house beer lord and founder of Humanity Beverage Company, is hard at work coming up with the closest dupe that she can so that you can still savor that sweet nectar (we'll have a keg or two to sample by the end of September). Plus if you didn't know, 50% of all Humanity's profits goes towards Special Needs Programs right here in Collier County, so you can write off all the beer purchases as charitable donations (please don't do that, we're kidding). But, you can get a buzz while also getting a warm and fuzzy feeling inside knowing that you are doing good!
